Terms & Conditions for Helicopter Tour Operation

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our email & booking procedure or by calling our customer service centre.
• A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the tour date.
• We accept payments only through Net Banking to Our Current Account.
• We also offer a variety of payment plans to fit your budget.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service center.
• Cancellations made more than 15 Days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the tour Or No show.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service center.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be subject to a INR 2500 per person rescheduling fee.

Weather Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather.
• In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour for a later date.
• The terms and conditions for the helicopter tour operation state that the operator will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers due to cancellations caused by bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or other unavoidable circumstances. This includes additional expenses such as accommodation, food charges, and transfers.
• In case of cancellation due to bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or under any unavoidable circumstances, the operator will offer you the following options:
• Opt for an alternate road travel to cover the trip for a successful journey at a revised cost.
• Request a full refund for the helicopter tour.
• Please note that third-party service providers like hotels and transport may charge cancellation fees as per their cancellation policies. These charges will be communicated to you promptly and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Weight Restrictions

• For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds per passenger.
• Passengers who exceed the weight limit may be required to purchase an additional seat.

Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance.
• Travel insurance will protect you in the event of cancellation, lost luggage, or medical emergencies.

Baggage Restrictions

• Passengers are limited to one carry-on bag and one personal item.
• All baggage must be properly secured and stowed in the helicopter.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on helicopter tours:

• Weapons
• Explosives
• Flammable materials
• Dangerous chemicals
• Alcohol
• Drugs
• Animals

Conduct

• Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
• Failure to follow the instructions of our crew may result in removal from the tour.

Limitation of Liability

• We assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to passengers or their property.
• In the event of an accident, our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance policy.

Additional Safety Guidelines

• All passengers must be able to fit safely into the helicopter.
• Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before booking a helicopter tour.
• Persons with heart conditions should consult with their doctor before booking a helicopter tour.
• Children under the age of 2 are not permitted on helicopter tours.
• All passengers must wear a seatbelt at all times.
• Smoking is prohibited on helicopter tours.
• Please refrain from using electronic devices during the tour.
• Please keep your hands and feet inside the helicopter at all times.
• Please do not touch any of the helicopter controls.
