What's the best time to do this tour?
The ideal window is December to March for snow activities like skiing and snowboarding. Auli is also beautiful from April to June with clear Himalayan views. Monsoon (Jul–Sep) is avoided due to weather disruptions affecting helicopter operations.
Is the helicopter ride safe?
Yes — all helicopter operations are conducted by DGCA-certified operators with experienced pilots. Safety briefings are given before every flight. Maximum weight limit is 300 pounds per passenger. Children under 2, pregnant women, and persons with heart conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
What happens if the helicopter can't fly due to weather?
In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. Alternatively, you can opt for road travel at a revised cost. Third-party cancellation fees (hotels, transport) may be deducted from refunds.
Can I customize the itinerary?

What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 15 days prior receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours incurs a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Rescheduling within 48 hours costs ₹2,500 per person.

A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 20 days before the tour date. We accept payments through Net Banking to our Current Account. Payment plans are also available.

Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our email & booking procedure or by calling our customer service centre.
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the tour date.
We accept payments only through Net Banking to Our Current Account.
We also offer a variety of payment plans to fit your budget.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service center.
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the tour or no-show.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service center.
Requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost.
Requests made less than 48 hours prior will be subject to a ₹2,500 per person rescheduling fee.
Weather Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather.
In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour for a later date.
The operator will not be liable for any expenses incurred by passengers due to cancellations caused by bad weather, operational restraints, technical snags, or other unavoidable circumstances — including additional expenses such as accommodation, food charges, and transfers.
In case of cancellation, you may opt for an alternate road travel at a revised cost, or request a full refund for the helicopter tour.
Third-party service providers (hotels, transport) may charge cancellation fees as per their policies. These will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Weight Restrictions
For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds per passenger.
Passengers who exceed the weight limit may be required to purchase an additional seat.
Insurance
